Dreams - Salisbury

We were warmly greeted on arrival in store, and the sales person took his time in sorting out the correct bed for my wife. We were offered a hot drink, which was very nice. Thank you.

From start to finish our visit to the Salisbury store was excellent. This was mainly due to the superb professional help we received from Lisa. She was friendly, knowledgeable and took a noticeable interest in ensuring that my wife's requirements of finding a comfortable mattress that supported her back and hip were met. After meeting Lisa she invited us to use Dreams "Sleepmatch" system which analyses your sleep positions to decide as to whether you would benefit from a soft, medium or firm mattress. We were then shown a selection of eight mattresses and invited to try them all out. We made our choice and arrangements and payments made. My wife and I left feeling very happy with our choice and the experience overall. We will return to Dreams again.

Friendly staff quick helpful and easy got 1 of the bed we looked at online and brought a mattress as well to help with my back pain

The store assistant took time to explain the different options, listen to what we needed and gave us time to discuss on our own. She was also very accommodating with drinks and store facilities etc

We visited your store in Salisbury and were assisted by your employee Paul. He was very friendly and welcoming from the first minute we entered the store. Knowledgable, helpful and answered all of our questions professionally. Also gave us time to discuss privately and we didn’t feel pressed into making any decision. Enjoyable and productive visit.
