I had no idea what I was looking for when I came in to the store or where to start. Christiaan was really welcoming when I arrived and made the whole process really easy and enjoyable. He took the time to understand my needs and was so kind throughout the process.

Mick is a simply wonderful customer sales agent. He took time to understand our needs, built a friendly rapport and did everything possible to make us feel at home. We were delighted to purchase a lovely new bed and mattress. The coffee and respect for corona safety Mick shared with us were exemplary. Thank you, Mick!

Mick at your High Wycombe store was very helpful and pleasant and spent time with us.

The salesman who served as, Josh, was very polite when he greeted us and offered us a drink even! He then supplied us with pillows in order to assist us when assessing the comfort of the mattresses and also did a sleep match with us on the machine in the store which we found very useful to help identify which type of mattress would give us the best comfort and support.
