We were welcomed when we came to the store by Charles. Corvid protocols were brilliant. We were offered a drink and asked if we needed help. We weren't quite sure where to start so Charles suggested the sleepmatch machine, after looking for a base first. This helped us find the correct mattress to go with our base unit. We were also shown a selction of pillows. The knowledge that Charles shown was extensive and very helpful plus very polite. We definitely know where to come the next time we need a new bed. The social distancing and safety measures were very clear and excellent. The Dreams salesman, Kevin, listenened to what we wanted, offered advice and was excellent throughout.

Kevin greeted me at the store entrance in a friendly way. He proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful and quickly put me at ease regarding all of the civid19 precautions that were being taken in your store. We started with the Sleepmatch machine for which he found me a comfortable pillow which corresponded to my own pillow and explained that I should retain that pillow and its covering paper during the rest of my time in the store. He then explained the results from the machine (a firm bed) and then helped me try out about 6 beds with slight variations of firmness. I was not rushed about and was allowed all of the time I required. I was also given 2 cups of good coffee. After I had made my choice the buying experience was fully explained to me with available options. I was happy with the October delivery as I am planning to be away for September and this delivery would allow me to use the 40 day replacement option if required. It's not often that a sales person bothers to make the parting with money a pleasurable experience.
