The gentleman who looked after and us and served us was extremely professional and helpful. I was also really surprised at the availability of the mattress we bought and the quick delivery time. The delivery drivers were very courteous and helpful

Good service

I was greeted by Kevin and he was very knowledgeable and attentive. He offered me a drink before taking me to the Sleepmatch machine which was an experience. I was provided with a pillow to carry around with me while I tested various mattresses, decision was not easy. Overall very pleased with Kevin and the experience.

Assistant was on hand to answer any queries but wasn’t overbearing in her presence.

It was fairly close to closing time for the store but the person that assisted me in finding and ordering my item took the time to make sure I was well taken care of and looks after. If there isn’t a nother section to mention his name, I’ll say it here. His name was Mick.

We were served by Kevin, he was so helpful, we probably wouldn’t of purchased the mattress without him, he gave us a lot of options to try and we even ended up purchasing a pillow as-well.

Excellent service from Charles at the store who greeted us and took the time to understand what we wanted and show us a range of options and prices so we could make an informed decision. We didn’t feel any pressure to buy but equally we felt confident that the information and advice we got was right. Despite the fact the store was busy Charles managed to give us the right level of attention and look after other customers at the same time. We made a large order with multiple items and he was able to manage the whole process so it was easy and efficient.
