We we're assisted by Kevin, who was very helpful, listened to our needs for what we wanted in a new matrice, and made great recomendations, he went through the procedure of trying the sleep match machine and showed us a range of matrices that fitted our needs and kept in consideration our budget. Overall had an amazing attitude and was very helpful, the process of getting a new matrice was made very quick and simple, very happy with what and how we purchced a new matrice.

As soon as we entered the shop we were greeted by a very friendly sales person. From then on our decisions were easy as he was very knowledgeable and listened to what was important to us. He spent a lot of time going through different options and gave us time to explore by ourselves too. Very impressed with the whole experience. The purchasing process was slightly longer than expected but the attention to detail was good.

Staff knowledge and attentiveness, but not overly/annoyingly attentive, which is a problem in many stores.
