Greeted by a friendly assistant and offered coffee. When I was unable to find the beds I wanted, the assistant took me straight away and then spent time without pressure to answer my questions. Efficient service.

The member of staff who advised us, Shiraz, was very knowledgeable, did not try to over-sell and helped us to quickly find the right mattresses. Very happy with the service.

We were greeted by Syan as we entered the store, on being told we were shopping for a new mattress she asked us a few questions and then lead us to suitable products. Her knowledge was very good and she answered all questions to our satisfaction. The store was clean and tidy and well presented. All the staff were friendly and well presented. This is the 3rd mattress and 2 bed frames we have purchased from the High Wycombe store. We have recommended Dreams to friends before and they too, have been very satisfied with the service they received.

Friendly, helpful service, knowledgeable about the product and services, answered all our questions, did not have to wait at all and explained everything clearly and succinctly. Overall a very positive experience, we'll be going back for the next bed upgrade.

We were greeted immediately by a friendly lady, Charli. She offered us a drink and biscuits and took time to show us alternative Mattresses and discuss what might be best for our needs. She was very thorough and certainly could answer really well any queries we had. She didnt push us into buying a particular brand or expensive option but explained the benefits of each level of pricing. Once we had chosen what we wanted she then explained clearly the ordering process and expected delivery dates. Everything in her manner was clear and confident and we left happy that we had made the right choice.

Intended solely to gather information, not purchase on the day. Assisted by James who came armed with a necessary tape measure. He did not attempt to sell us anything, just provided information on all the products we looked at and offered his opinion when asked.

I had little time so needed quick assistance and knowledge,I had a price guide and wanted quick delivery. Very helpful young man, James came over straight away as I was looking around, told him what I wanted , he listened and guided me straight away to a mattress which fitted all requirements. I agreed we went straight away to sales desk, he checked availability ( in stock) we completed the transaction and will get delivery on Tuesday . Very pleased with this excellent service.
