Henry the assistant who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. He also gave due attention to us all, me and my daughters - I was paying but the beds we bought were for them! He directed us to the appropriate bed range and clearly explained all the options of colours, delivery and assembly options etc.

Ben at high Wycombe was fantastic. Friendly and approachable he led us through our purchase every step of the way. He was even willing to move our desired mattress onto our desired base to ensure our satisfaction and comfort.

Our salesperson, James, was wholly attentive during our time in store. He took time to understand our needs and guided our review of available options sensibly, he gave us ‘private’ time to chat together and consider options. When decisions were made he took us carefully through the paperwork and answered all queries comprehensively. Overall he was an excellent ambassador for Dream and there is no doubt he made the visit to the store worthwhile

Because I am a fussy customer but on my first visit James was very patient and helpful on my second visit James was not there but Abdul served me and all is sorted just waiting for my items to be delivered im very satisfied with the service

Your staff member - Ben, or Benjamin maybe - was extremely helpful, offering tea/coffee, he knew your stock, could discuss the options available such as finance and extra add-ons for the ward-robe. We came back to the store to order with you because HE was so good.

VERY NICE ASSISTANT

The sales assistant Charlie was most helpful and fully understood my needs. Then I had a call to say the bed is to b e delivered 2 weeks earlier than I thought, so I am delighted.

The assistant who helped us choose a new bed had only been working for Dreams for 2 weeks, he however showed a very good knowledge of your products and was happy to ask his manager for help with the configuration of product we required. all the staff we encountered in the store were pleasant and ready to assist.

The customer services provided by Abdul & Cameron was second to none I have never been treated so well by any other company & although I could have probably gone else where for a cheaper product your staff were amazing & I wanted your company to have my business and I will highly recommended you to anyone who needs a new bed
