I was helped from the moment i walked in by a very polite young man by the name of Ben. He was extremely helpful had a very good knowledge of the products and had the perfect combination of being helpful but yet still gave us our space.

I needed a bed for a guest bedroom we have just completed, with a one week deadline. First, We went to Bensons for Beds. When I arrived in their High Wycombe store, no-one was around to serve me. I was the only customer in the store, so I waited near the main stairs and the service desk. After a couple of minutes, a rep appeared, talking on the phone. He did not acknowledge me. At the end of his call, 15 minutes after I arrived in the store, I started to walk towards him and watched him place another call, still without acknowledging my presence. I walked out, explaining to the rep in the Harveys concession below that I would be taking my custom to Dreams. What was I thinking going to Bensons for Beds. I won't make that mistake again. When I arrived at the High Wycombe store, there were 3 reps on the floor, all busy despite there being no other customers around. All three looked up and acknowledged me. Ben Flattery put down what he was carrying and approached me with a smile. He could not have been friendlier, more helpful or more knowledgable. Finding the right bed available at the right time took a couple of goes but the eventual sale was 50% over my budget and I am delighted.
