We were given very helpful advice without any pressure into buying and felt that Ben was very knowlegable

Sales assistant welcomed us,offered us refreshments, asked what we were looking for and showed us around the showroom. She was attentive but gave us time and space to try as many mattresses as we wanted. We found the process quick and easy, we were able to get what we wanted when we wanted it.

Lee was very friendly and helpful with a good knowledge of the products. He went to great lengths to help me choose my mattress pointing out the products variation in quality. Helped me to the car with my purchases.

Fantastic assistance and advice from Shiraz - went the extra mile even though we arrived at the shop with less than an hour from it closing! He helped us choose mattresses for my 2 teenage girls like a pro AND got the order placed including an interest free credit application in the time he had - we finished 2 minutes to closing!!! Thank you so much - i've got 2 very happy girls now.

On deciding to purchase from Dreams over the phone we found the gentlemen at the end of the line to be courteous, friendly and very informative. We placed our order and were given a delivery data. We received a phone call on that date two hours before arrival and our mattress was delivered exactly when they said it would by two very, very helpful young men. We are delighted by the service we received from start to finish. Thank you.

There was an excellent choice, the sales assistant gave us good advice but then left us to make our own choice, not pressurising us which was good.
