Fantastic staff (Loudwater office) - Was provided with a warm drink and didn't feel rushed while we jumped back and forth between trying a handful of beds, picking colours / headboards etc... Really friendly staff and it made the experience far less stressful which is so important for something like buying a new bed.

The sales assistant, Bennjamin, could not have been more patient, pleasant or helpful.

The team were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was given enough space to browse when I asked for it however when I needed assistance it was readily available. My only slightly negative bit of feedback is that the quality of the ottoman beds on display seemed generally quite low. I only brought a mattress in the end from Dreams as I was not convinced that a bed would be very good quality as even the display models felt wobbly.

I was shopping with my 11 year old son for a bed for him and Shiraz was sure to include him in all the explanations which is really nice. He also told us the difference between the products for the prices.
