The sale person was very pleasant and knowledgeable about dreams products. The shopping experience was easy and enjoyable and future visits to the store will be made.

The salesman Shiraz, was very friendly. having picked the bed, I mentioned that i could get cashback if ordered online. he suggested that they would give that discount to me. i went on to Benson Beds and was not impressed with the service provided. i then went back to Shitaz and asked him whether he could give a further discount as ordering online would be easier for me rather then making my way to the shop for the same deal. he then gave me a pair of pillows at a discounted price. It was a very hot day, the staff were very good and asked me a few times if I needed a cold drink, very impressed with the way the store is run.

Customer service sales person very efficient with excellent knowledge of the products.

Shiraz was very helpful, really listening to understand what we wanted and took the time to help us understand all the options. We probably would have headed to John Lewis where we bought our previous bed but returned to Shiraz and ended up buying both the new King and a Double. He built up a great relationship based on product knowledge and trust

Stanley helped my husband when he first went into the store during the work and printed him a quote to take with him. His knowledge was excellent and he found the up to date version of the Dreams mattress we currently have. He did not pressure us at all but just helped us along.

Very good with service in the shop knew a lot about the mattress then order over the phone to save deliver charge give me date for my mattress to be delivered straight away great no fuss

We had only popped in to get an idea of types of beds with storage available to us and to gauge prices. Shiraz was incredibly helpful and understanding of what we were looking for and we didn't feel at all pressured into purchasing anything. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and professional.
