Staff were excellent - adam and Margaret. .both lovely, very knowledgeable. ..even made us a cuppa...don't get service like that in many places ! - both smiley and friendly just how it should be :)

Your assistant, Margaret, greeted us as we came in and offered a cup of coffee, but we wanted to have a look round first. Margaret explained the brief layout of the store and then left us to walk round. Having decided which type of bed we wanted we approached Margaret who then explained in more detail her suggested alternatives. We looked at the options and then went away to look at alternative stores offerings. Two hours later we returned having decided and met one of your other assistants who helped us complete the paperwork.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff who made the transaction easy

The sales assistant Ephraim was friendly and knowledgeable. He dealt with our order very efficiently.

The staff was welcoming and used their knowledge to assist in the purchase which was delivered at the time stated. The delivery was expertly dealt with us as customers.

VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WHEN SELECTING THE RIGHT MATTRESS

We were given assistance as soon as we arrived. The salesman (Stan) was extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. His advice was excellent and useful to our decision on purchasing. Everything was done efficiently and quickly and I enjoyed a cup of coffee during the admin part of our purchase.

After visiting another Furniture Store in the nearby vicinity and receiving absolutely no help whatsoever to purchase a bed, it was an "breath of fresh air" to enter the Dreams store and receive a warm welcome immediately from Stan - 001 at the High Wycombe branch who was not only very attentative but very professional helping us to decide which bed and mattress would be suitable for our 10 year old son. I would like to highly recommend this Store and the store assistant Stan.

Good selection of beds to try. Colleague was available for questions when ready but also happy to let us browse. Very helpful in advising on details re beds and persuasive enough to make us buy!
