All my questions were answered, the sales man was freindly but not overly or pushy. We were able to spend as much time as required trying the beds & were given two types of pillows too try. We were also offered/made cups of tea/coffee in real cups. An overall great shopping experience. Thank you.

Everything was explained to us about why a Tempur bed would be the best bed and mattress for our needs . Although it was more than we intended to spend the interest free credit scheme made the extra expense feasible .

We were helped straight away by your advisor, and able to sample the mattress we were buying along with a bed frame. We were offered a drink, and were able to make our decision without being rushed. The sales agent was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable of the products. The agents name was Shiraz.

The sales representative was very knowledgable both regarding all the products and the various offers and options. They took time to understand our needs and encouraged us to try out some of the beds. They did not try and rush us and let us have as much time as we needed while ensuring we had all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

Shiraz helped my wife and I find the best bed for us.

I explained that I had a lower back difficulty. The assistant picked out 3 different types of mattress that might be good for me. He also suggested another 2 variations. He said it must be to do with support and that the most expensive mattress might not be best for me. He told me to take my time trying them and didn't stand over me but left me alone. As they were all comfy I thought I would never decide but because I was left alone I gradually eliminated until I made my decision. The key was being given the initial information and then being left alone to decide.

On arrival at the store we were greeted and asked what we were looking for, Store staff were also supervising deliveries from two huge juggernauts and were juggling their time between this and the customers. We were looking for a single bed with our grandson (Nathan 16yrs old) Stanley indicated that there were some singles upstairs but any of the Divans downstairs could be ordered as a single. When we returned downstairs Stan was very engaging especially with Nathan and he encouraged him to try them, Lie down roll over and suggested medium or medium soft mattress. although we had explained we had a budget, after realising Nathan wasn’t overly enthusiastic with Traditional variants of mattress, he asked if we had tried the Tempur. He encouraged Nathan to try it Nathan was amazed by the big difference in this compared to all the others he then explained why it was superior and the 15 year warranty and post delivery evaluation period The placing of the order was straight forward, complimentary drink and sit down appreciated. We were very pleased with Stans relaxed manner and that he balanced giving us space and time to view whilst being in close proximity to offers guidance.
