The assistant very helpful and professional

We felt the salesperson Margaret was Welcoming but not pushy. Knew her products well and took the time to find out and help us to find a bed to suit us. It was no trouble for her to move pillows from one bed to another as she encouraged us to try the beds.

Friendly and knowledge service

The member of staff who helped us was extremely kind and helpful. The prices couldn't be matched by other retailers. Our questions and concerns were properly addressed and we also got some discount.

The salesman helped me then left me for a while while I tried the 3 mattresses that I preferred and didn't hassle me to buy something so it was nice to take my time choosing something. This is what led me to buy the more expensive mattress as I got time to myself to try them several times.

Stanley was very helpful, he observed my husband's limited mobility and did all he could to help. He accepted that we did not want the most expensive mattress and went off to start again on a cheaper one.

Margaret was very helpful and friendly. She was helpful at explaining the mattresses.
