I was highly satisfied with customer service given from the lovely lady called Margaret over the bank holiday. She greeted us at the door and helped me with my query. I told her my price range and she was able to help me decide what mattress was suitable. I was shocked to see how quick it took to process & delivery. I hope her manager congratulates her on her great service. I'm very excited to receive my new mattress on Monday!

A great selection of mattresses... all easy to try... with good customer help from two store asssitants

We were looked after so kindly by the Dreams associate Henry. He took time to get to know us so that he could understand our needs.

I was a good customer and came to your store knowing what I wanted to see. Your salesman understood what I wanted to see and he showed me the products efficiently. I chose a product in about 15 minutes of arrival at your store

Friendly and fun experience. Shiraz was very helpful and not pushy.

Member of staff assisting us was not "pushy" in forcing a sale. He had good knowledge of the product. He gave us time alone,(with a cup of tea), to measure, discussc choices and pricesi n private whilst hovering close by if we needed to ask something.
