Sales assistant was friendly and helpful and very patient with explaining everything, showing alternatives and making helpful suggestions.

Staff in store were attentive, helpful and knew the products. Had just the item I required. Quality of item is good and price fair. Collected from store warehouse next day. Warehouse staff also helpful & polite.

It was easy to choose the relevant product and the assistant was extremely helpful and friendly (Stan).

We didn't intend to purchase a bed at the time we were just looking around. But Shiraz at the high Wycombe store made it hard to not just get one. We talked about everything and went threw the difference styles of bed. It made my wife please. Definitely would do business again
