our assistant was called jeff he was very knowlegeble after being with him 5mins he knew what we were looking for . he gave us plenty of time to choose what we wanted he even made us a cup of tea we were very impressed with jeff and his customer service skills. I have worked in sales so I do know what good customer service is aboutthankyou
