Dreams - High Wycombe

We popped into Dreams one evening, not expecting to buy a bed and mattress. However, we liked the items in store and good choice. The sales assistant was really helpful and not pushy. We also like the choice of being able to buy now and pay later.

We were given a friendly welcome to the store. Expert knowledge from Shiraz. Best of all we were left alone to try out the beds and not pestered. Lovely customer service, we were made drinks. Very pleased with our choice of bed, when it's delivered I hope we sleep better. Thank you Shiraz.

We came initially just to look and the lady was very helpful and gave us quote showing which bed we showed an interest in and how much it cost. We came in two weeks later and slightly revised our order the manager dealt with us and was very helpful. The order was completed in good time we were not left hanging around

Visited the Loudwater store on two consecutive days, first to check out what I wanted, and second to bring husband along to pay! Both times we were served by Claire, who was friendly, very helpful, not at all pushy, and once we told her what we wanted and in which price range she was able to immediately offer us two options. She was very knowledgeable on the products and extremely helpful.

Shiraz was very attentive and kept us on his radar, despite dealing with other customers simultaneously. Adam was also excellent, attentive and great to deal with.
