Allowed us to plenty of time to try out the mattress: This turned out to be very helpfulfor me because as I became more relaxed the tempur mattress gave even more support I have recently had a hip replacement so I was grateful to have time to discover this

We were greeted by Assistant Manager Zahir upon entering the store. We felt welcomed and were given time to browse around before we were pounced on by the showroom staff. Zahir was available to help as soon as we had a small look around the store. He listened to our needs and explained the benefits of different mattresses. We didn't feel like he was there to sell us anything but recommended us the right mattresses. We only came in with a budget of about £1500 but ended up spending £2500. Having being to your competitors store bensons, service was far far better. We had a good laugh throughout the whole journey and lso enjoyed the lovely cup of coffee which Zahir made us. I' was fully satisfied when I left the store and cannot wait for the new matteress to arrive. Store was very clean and the knowledge of staff was trumendous. All credit goes to Zahir. I shall be recommending dreams to my colleagues and will be returning to see Zahir if we plan to change other beds in our house. 5 star service. Well Done Zahir in High Wycombe store.
