I was very happy with the level of service I received from Shiraz in the High Wycombe store. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the range of products. I feel Shiraz is a real asset to your team, I was looking to shop elsewhere however I was persuaded to purchase from dreams in HW by Shiraz's professionalism and product knowledge

We really enjoyed meeting Henry, he was friendly and made sure we tested a range of different beds while listening to what we were saying about each one to finally get us to the bed that was right for us

We were met with a frienddly smile, and Shiraz was well-versed in product knowledge. Plenty of helpful suggestions from a good 'salesman', but he was not over pushy!! We came away satisfied, and rtust that the products perform to our satisfaction when delivered.
