I telephoned in advance. Shiraz made a point to introduce himself and ask my name, and when we got to the store he was prepared. We felt he got a good balance between being helpful and pushy. We don't like pushy salesmen - he was comfortable to deal with.

Shiraz was very informative and friendly. He went through all the different types of mattresses and beds as well as the bedroom furniture I ordered. He thoroughly explained the finance agreement as well.

The quality of the beds is good, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the price is always a bit high but with 0% APR then it is worth getting a better bed

Adam spent the time to show me the mattress that I was interested in and also show me other similar mattresses to allow me to feel the difference and make my selection. I went back and forth several times and Adam was always helpful, polite and patient to my requirements. A very enjoyable visit.
