Shiraz was professional, knowledgable and very helpful. He listened to what we felt we wanted and needed and responded accordingly. He processed our order speedily and with care.

Found the product we wanted online, but wanted to see it in person. We visited our local store and found the product. We were assisted quickly and efficiently by a member of staff who took out order and arranged a speedy delivery for us.

A highly professional and friendly service. Jeff made us feel comfortable in trying the beds and there was no pressure or breathing down your neck. He was helpful, knowledgeable and efficient,directing us to the beds that met our needs and giving helpful guidance when needed.This was our third visit to the show room, and we were recognised and greeted. On purchase of the mattress he informed us that he would be at another branch for the next 2 weeks and introduced us to his colleagues who would be there if we needed further assistance. It is not easy purchasing a new mattress thank you for all your help.

Dreams colleague HENRY was very helpful and helped me picked the right Mattress He also offered me a cup of coffee which made my shopping trip very pleasant .

The member of staff who helped us was unobtrusive and not intrusive but exceptionally helpful when we asked for advice/information.

I ordered my bed online. Margaret was extremely helpful and pleasant. I only wish it could have been delivered earlier than the 24th of February. Margaret tried but they told her it was not possible.

Stan and Jeff were very helpful and both had excellent product knowledge, me being a fellow employee and being aware of the procedures of my order and delivery, they both took their time and explained everything in great detail as if I was a customer purchasing from dreams for the first time. I have to say all members of staff in the Wycombe store were very friendly.
