Listened to what we wanted and found us a new mattress quickly an that was in stock

My dad was a Hypnos matmaker for 6 years, he says it was refreshing walking into Dreams and appreciate the service we were offered. Obviously, knowing about mattresses and talking to someone who also knew his stuff was great!

The assistant was very helpful and polite, and very knowledgable of the beds.

We were greeted on entering the store and asked if we needed any assistance. At no stage did we feel pressured but always found a member of staff keen to help us if needed. We found the staff very knowledgeable and friendly.

we visited the store knowing what we wanted, the assistant just clarified the answers to a few questions I asked. By this time we were happy to make the purchase.

Was greeted as soon as we arrived at the store and once we explained what we wanted the sales assistant understood exactly what we were after and took us to the products that were suitable for our needs.

We have visited your store on two occasions in recent months and have been attended to by Stanley. His manner, his knowledge of products and his helpfulness were a major contributory factor in our decision to purchase on both occasions. We will be returning for further purchases and we will call in advance to arrange a time when Stanley is available to support us with our purchase. Stanley is an exceptional member of your team.

The salesman was very knowledgeable with all products and gave excellent advice to help choosing the right product for us.

I spoke to the Manager Adam and a colleague Zahir and both were very helpful answering all my queries I had. I am looking forward to returning to the store again soon.
