Shiraz served me quickly and professionaly with curiosity.

Very happy with my welcome into the store. Coffee offered and I accepted. Was asked if they could help and I told them that I had previously that day asked about the specific divan base I was looking for. I was informed Dreams had the exact one in the store. Very pleased with the base and was able to order straightaway. Very helpful staff. It will be delivered 3rd February and assembled.

My husband and I were looking for a new bed because I suffer a bad Back I was trying some out when a lovely man came over and helped I told him about my back and he suggested this bed I tried laying on it and it seemed fine we went through a lot of detail about the bed and it seemed like the right one for me so we sat down was offered a cup of tea and carried on with the purchase the man was very friendly and very helpful all through the process and arswered all the question we asked he's name was Shiraz I was very satisfied he arranged when we can pick up and signed all paper work and left vey happy

It was easy to shop and you offered the three services we required delivery, disposal of old bed, assembly of new bed.

Your assistant, Margaret, was extremely professional in her presentation of the product we were interested in, explaining all details precisely, professionally and pleasantly. She certainly impressed to the extent of us wanting to return to this store for future purchases.

We were served by Shiraz, he welcomed us when we arrived in the store (in fact so did every member of staff we met), he was extremely knowledgeable about the products. He was efficient and friendly and had a good product knowledge. Shiraz took considerable time to assess what we wanted, and recommended a range of mattresses that for us to try and a range of finance packages to enable us to purchase the mattress at the end of the visit. Shiraz was efficient and knowledgeable when completed the order information on the PC, the delivery date was discussed and one was offered that was convenient. We bought the mattress as we felt that we had been given all the option, but a salesman who was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and an asset to Dreams

Stanley was friendly and welcomed us to the store, made every effort to match a mattress to our needs
