There were staff available to answer our queries. Dreams offers a price match which means we get the best value for our money. Staff were polite and professional in their interactions with us.

We were approached by Henry and Loudwater store within a minute of entering the store. he welcomed us and asked us questions on what we were after, listening to everything we said. He described the colour coded beds and steered us towards the ones that met what we had said. He was very polite, knowledgable and asked myself and my husband individual questions about how we sleep.

The staff were very helpful, suggested I try a better quality mattress,they were friendly but not pushy. they had the better quality product in stock, which suited my needs and the gave me an 11% discount after I asked what would be their best price if I were to collect it.

An assistant was able available to help us quickly and was able to advise us on the product we required. The assistant was able to show us a sample of the goods we were planning to buy even though they didn't have the exact one we required in stock. He was helpful, informative and able to deal with my request leading to an order promptly and efficiently. The only down side of the experience was that we will have to wait 3 weeks for our furniture which I felt was a long time.

Mainly because we were not hounded by salesmen. We were allowed to wander round and look at stuff and work out what we wanted without a hard sell. Nevertheless the salesman was available promptly when needed.

Phoned first and spoke to Henry, when we arrived at the store he was there to greet us and offered us refreshments. He had already put our details onto the computer, so we inspected the mattress and Henry supplied pillows, we then sat with him and he quickly confirmed our details, produced an invoice and we paid without any problems. We also bought pillows, bed protector and duvet. We were very impressed with Henry's efficiency and pleasant approach

Helpful sales assistant & value for money

The team member was friendly and helpful, he listened to what I wanted and offered advice and solutions. When a product was not available a solution was sought and in a timely manner. I would defiantly visit Dreams again due to my visit and I would recommend them to a friend.

Jeff in your high Wycombe store was excellent, didn't oversell, gave us some space and time and asked the right questions for us to make our 2k purchase. Was quick doing and explaining the financial element of everything and he had a great customer service attitude, first class as a great example for others to follow!
