Dreams - High Wycombe

We entered the store shortly before closing time. He were met by a member of staff called Henry. He asked if we needed assistance. I pulled out a prepared list of mattresses we wished to view. We had made this list based on the Dreams website. Henry was impressed with the list and took us round every one of the mattresses on the list that the store had and gave us his advice on each. Once we had spoken enough about what we wanted he took us to what he thought we would like and bingo. We found our mattress. We were very impressed that he didnt try to sell us a random mattress. He looked at the list, listened to us and guided us to the mattress we ended up buying that we hadn't even considered. He also makes a top notch cup of coffee.

The assistance was very knowledgeable and spent time finding out what we were looking for and then showed us a variety of mattresses, and without his help we would not have picked the mattress that we purchased. Which we found very comfortable.

The store held a good choice. The assistant (Shiraz) was very knowledgable regarding the products, listened to our needs and then directed us to possible suitable products. We didn't feel pressurised, he stood back to allow us time to deliberate but was instantly available for any questions and to look at further products. Having an assistants sole attention whilst making such a personal purchase was noted and greatly appreciated.

Clair explained the different type of mattress and the colour coding, then left me to try each bed on my own. I was not rushed. Then she took me through all the options within my price range.

Member of staff friendly and very knowlegeable. He suggested the correct mattress for the way we sleep and gave us advice. Once we selected the type of bed we liked he was able to show us varying drawer options, headboard options and colours.

Very good product knowledge with little or no pressure to buy.

I got a lot of help from the people i spoke to; they helped me with making the right choices. The two young men who made the delivery were very good and helpful too!

I was approached immediately with an offer of help. Zahir listened to what I was looking for and then showed me the available items in the store and knowledgeably informed me of prices and the most suitable items for me. I did not like the beds in the store so he showed me some beds in the wider Dreams range which did suit me. I first checked elsewhere for comparison but was happy to return to Dreams to place my order which was done in a friendly and informative way.
