I walked in the store to look for a specific headboard after researching your website. I had a look round at first and then approached a salesman who turned out to be the store manager. He very politely asked if I required any help. I ordered the item without any delay, paid for it and told when it would be ready for collection which was my choice. I remember saying I wish all shopping could be so quick, easy and efficient as this experience. Well done for being a dream way of dealing with a middle aged shopper who really appreciates great service with a smile.

Considerable help provided in making the decision. We had planned to buy a Dunlopillo mattress but very advised of the benefits of a tempur one.

The sales person was polite,knowledgable . Answered all our question and gave us space to make our decision . At no time did we feel pressurised to make a purchase and the coffee was lovely. I have no intension of going anywhere else for any future purchases.

An assistant called Shiraz helped us. He was friendly and gave us good advice

We were welcomed into the store and allowed to explain exactly what we wanted to look at/try out. We were given guidance and also space to try out the mattresses without being consistently asked what we were thinking. Good product explanations and an easy ordering process.

We went into the store and where seen by an assistant immediately and had turned the order around in a short space of time, essential when shopping with kids.
