Dreams - High Wycombe

We returned to Dreams to replace a mattress we bought around 10 years ago. The assistant remembered the old mattress and was able to show us the up-to-date version of the same mattress, but he also gave us other options, showing us a few to try out and explaining the differences along the way. He was courteous, took the time to listen to us and gave us space (so wasn't constantly on top of us). All in all a really good experience.

Friendly knowledgeable staff member, not pushy. Speed of ordering and quick delivery the following week.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON AND SPEEDY

I very much enjoyed my visit to Dreams. It was light, airy and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and it was easy to understand the colour coded system on the type of beds available. The check out procedure was very fast, friendly and efficient. I have always shopped at John Lewis for big items but will not be going back there in future with this type of service that Dreams offer.

As soon as we opened the door to come in, an assistant was there to help us. He gave us all the information we needed to choose the product and was very friendly and chatty but not in an annoying way! We came away very pleased with the service we had received.

The sales assistant(MARGARET) was very helpful and her abilities made it very easy for us to choose what we wanted. She would be a very good candidate for employee of the month

Shiraz was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us all the information and the time and space we needed to come to a decision about which products would suit us best.

Very quick to find what I wanted and demonstrate. Other more expensive options were pointed out but not pushed at all. Delivery and assembly options clearly explained.

The sales assistant paid a great deal of attention to what we said we were looking for and re-acted accordingly.

Shiraz was very helpful took time to explain the products to the full.
