The gentlemen who served us was incredibly helpful not to pushy, very polite answered all our questions and did his job very well.

Shiraz was very helpful, good knowledge of options and what he didn't know he could find out. Willing to negotiate on price which helped me make the decision to buy the right product, rather than opting fir a cheaper option.

Not pressured by sales rep who was very helpful and made a good cup of tea and coffee. Store was busy so we had to wait for about 20 mins before the sales desk was free to use. It was extremely warm in the upper level of the store and our sales rep was happy to arrange for the heating to be turned down. It's the little touches that you remember. Payment was easy as we spread the cost on the 0% option over 10 months with a small deposit. A delivery date was agreed with a 3-4 week delivery time which I guess was to be expected at this time of year. On the whole we spent less than 1 hour in the store and came away satisfied with our purchase. Let's hope the bed turns up with no problems.....

I was impressed with the information I was given by Henry who assisted me in my purchase. He showed me several beds and insisted I took my time in making my decision as it was a big purchase and I had to be sure my choice was going to be the best for me.

Didn't have the bed we had seen on line in the store. Also we have a lead time of six weeks until product delivery.

The sales assistants were very friendly and very product knowledgeable.They gave all possible assistance In choosing the product without being "pushy"

This is the first bed I have purchased in the UK. The sales associate took care in explaining the differences in mattresses and materials to me and made sure that I purchased the best mattress and base combination for my needs.

didn't go to store. Saw the bed I wanted online, phoned the helpline spoke to Shiraz and he sorted everything out. He made the purchase very easy, would give him 10 out of 10.
