We Where happy with what we purchased and Stanley was very good at assisting us with our order , gave us a good deal!

Fast ,clear and confident customer service from both the sales person and the store manager.

The assistant Margaret was very patient, knowledgable & friendly. She was helpful but not pushy & gave me time to think. When I called the store to alter things over the next few days she always called back. I also found the manager to be friendly & helpful. This level of service will always make me return to a store.

I was helped today by Jeff who was knowledgeable, very helpful and patient without being pushy. I was able to take my time looking at the products on display without feeling rushed or pressured into buying which made me decide to make my purchase today at Dreams instead of John Lewis. Thank you.

On entering we were greeted with an offer to help and advised according to our needs. We were then given space to roam and choose. Shiraz the assistant was excellent, being there to help without crowding. There was a large range of items to choose from and excellent opportunity to test the goods. The store was very busy ,but there were sufficient staff to cater.

As soon as we entered we were approached by a very polite assistant, Zahir, who helped us as much as we needed throughout our visit. Initially he explained the colour coding system and invited us to choose the type of mattress we wanted before showing us the range of firmness in the shop. He was neither too pushy or too absent. He understood that we wanted to discuss things in private and left us alone when needed but was there when we had any questions. It was the perfect way to be a shop assistant!

I made the initial enquirer by telephone. The salesman gave me his name and assisted me with my purchase as per my requirements stated by phone earlier. The service was prompt and friendly and a slight discount was provided when I requested it. All questions were answered clearly.
