Personal service from Jeff including a coffee when it weas clear we'd be some time. As keen to help my teenagers with their choices as he was me so we all felt that our needs were understood and met properly.

We found Shiraz extremely helpful and knowledgable about the products, we were unsure of exactly what we wanted when we came to look around and he really helped to guide us in the right direction

The representative that served us left us alone to browse and didn't bother us. He was very helpful later when we asked him for advice on the bed to choose for our daughter. He then took our order very efficiently.

There was a good range of products with a good range of prices, your staff member was very helpful and I purchased a product that had the qualities that I wanted at a price I could afford.

The dreams man (Stanly) In high wycombe was excellent very knowledgeable and had brilliant customer service, me and my girlfriend were very picky about what we wanted and he delivered on all fronts very happy thanks.

I was very pleased with the service that i received from the moment i parked the car to the time i left the store. Greeted with a smile and pleasant gesture which made a good start to the experience of purchasing a new bed. Henry who was dealing with all my requirements made myself and wife feel at home by offering us hot or cold beverage while we were trying to decide which bed to choose. Henry seemed very knowledgeable of the products he was selling and didn't make us feel that we had to purchase there and then. We were shown several beds in our price range and told about all the finance details if we required it.
