Jeff was able to arrange a similar base to the one original chosen to still be delivered next Monday. The service was friendly knowledgable and we were not over rushed into making decision and still were able to sort out the purchase quickly when the right bed and mattress was found. Help was also given on pillows and mattress cover; a duvet was also bought not to go to the bed.

The gentleman who assisted me was very polite and quick to understand my requirements. The whole experience was pleasant, very satisfactory and he carried my purchase to my car!

We were greeted on arrival and made to feel at home, despite telling the sales assistant that we were looking for comparisons with other retailers. He made us feel very comfortable and demonstrated a range of different beds inviting us to try them for comfort.

Having already visited other bed retailers our visit to Dreams was primarily to look around the store and get a comparison of beds with a view to purchasing one in the New Year. Henry your salesman's approach was unobtrusive but gave us the opportunity to consider different options without placing any pressure on us. He ensured that we understood the differences between various types of bed whilst offering guidance to ensure that we felt very comfortable with our choice. We placed our order because we had such a pleasant experience, and decided not to take up the option of interest free credit because we get money back through using our credit card.

Henry was extremely professional and welcoming. he made us coffee and talked through all the options. he didnt make us feel that he was pushing expensive purchases on us.

There was a large selection of mattresses to view and choose from.

My marks were middle of the road for quality of the product because I have to wait two weeks until I am able to take receipt of the bed but it seemed satisfactory from what I could see. Stanley was the young man who assisted me when I visited the store a few weeks ago when you had your sale. I took a while to make up my mind before I returned. Stanley was there with that captivating smile and welcoming presence. I very much like the fact that he and the rest of your staff are there on hand but do not pressure you into a sale. When I approached Stanley for his help I found it so easy to make up my mind. The sale literally took a couple of minutes, so easy and I cannot wait to get my new bed

The staff were very welcoming. I was greeted as soon as i entered the store. Assisted the whole time and offered tea. All staff were extremely helpful, strongly recommend!
