Jeff the sales staff was Very professional, helpyful, knew the products well. Went out of his way to help, explained the different options available and above all was patient and did not do the hard sale. I appreciated his honesty as well

The gentleman was very polite - extremely knowledgeable and NON YOUR TYPICAL PUSHY SALES PERSON !! He gave my partner time to talk in private etc - too guy and hopefully a top product :-)

The assistant who served us (cant remember his name but he came from Nigeria) was very knowledgeable, polite, enthusiastic and friendly - he served us with professionalism. we were able to choose the right bed and mattress for us very quickly as he showed us the options to meet our needs

My partner and I have not bought a bed for several years and technology has moved on, so we were a bit behind the times on what to look for! The assistant, Stanley, gave us a quick run down on what we needed to know, so we could select which beds we wanted to see / test. He showed us where to find the right beds and then left us to have a test lie down in private, He came back at just the right time to answer our questions and to take the details for our order! We were in and out in about 30 mins...very friendly and efficient....definitely will come back! Thank you Stanley at Dreams in Loudwater, nr High Wycombe, Bucks

Assistant was extremely helpful and not at all pushy as is so often the case with showroom assistants. He gave exactly the right amount of help and was really pleasant.

Needed to buy a mattress and happened to go to the store when there was a sale so saved a considerable amount of money - much needed in the run up to Christmas.
