Dreams - High Wycombe

As we are moving then we really needed a bed and mattress. Dreams shop in High Wycombe was our very first shop to visit and it was unforgettable experience. The whole service during the time was brilliant. Our dealer Henry was very professional and considered all our needs and didn't feel a pressure at all. He made us feel very comfortable and relaxed, everything what you want during the time when you plan to purchase a lot. I would highly recommend that place and would visit that again for the future needs.

We were served with an extremely pleasant gentleman (Adam), we knew more or less what we wanted but took his advice on the final details as he was very knowledgable. We were given the chance to purchase some excessories at a great price offer that we took up. Adam offered us great personal service. Can't ask much more.

I was fortunately advised by the manager (who attended me) that I was eligible for VAT discount on my Tempur adjustable bed, saving me about £640. Other staff with whom I had discussions re this product had quoted me for the item but they did not advised about the availability of this reduction for certain medical cases. It would be useful if staff were briefed about this facility which applies only for the particular bae/mattress I was buying.

I visited the store about five years ago. they were brilliant then with their service and delivery I have now returned and the service and choice of beds is excellent

Excellent customer service

Having not renewed our mattress for 15 years we didn't know where to start. Your High Wycombe showroom was very extensive and Henry who served us explained all the options/types which were displayed quite logically and spent a lot of time guiding us round as we tried them out and narrowed our choice down to our final decision. He was very friendly and courteous, didn't rush us and completed our purchase efficiently.

The customer service person - High Wycombe Dreams - Shiraz - was extremely helpful. He attended both my and my partners needs very well. He made us feel valued as customers. All the information we required was explained clearly and concisely without being ridgid or salesy. A very personable and enjoyable shopping experience.
