The. Sales advisor called Shiraz was excellent. He was friendly and helpful and advised us on our purchase. The store was busy but he didn't rush us. He needed to check dimensions for us as they were wrong on the website, he was happy to investigate. We plan to buy our daughter a new bed too soon and will definitely return to Dreams High Wycombe.

Very efficient service and quick delivery. Friendly and helpful staff and delvery staff. Did everything they said they would do. My son is still to test his bed but hopeful it will meet his needs. Like the exchange policy on the mattresses however in case mattress is not quite right.

Shiraz was extremely helpful & explained the colour coding on the beds, we found the right one very quickly, he then said let me find you the right pillows. He got them exactly right. He explained the different options on headboards and demonstrated the ottoman bed. We selected what we wanted and placed and paid for our new bed. Although it all happened very quickly we did not feel rushed or pressurized during our visit. Shiraz was there to answer question when we had them but also kept a respectable distance when we needed to talk. Very nice to meet someone who knows his stuff but is not a pushy salesman. Looking forward to our new bed being delivered.

Served by someone who was friendly and knowledgeable and an effective salesman

My wife and I were met by a very pleasant assistant and given experience of the Tempur adjustable King sized bed. It was very impressive and made us favourably disposed to Tempur products. A second assistant, Stanley from Kenya, took over from there. He was very pleasant also, not at all pushy and very helpful. We finished up buying a Tempur King-sized bed, head board and two pillows! We ere also pleased with the quick availability and earl delivery of the bed. I have tried and am pleased with the pillows but have yet to judge the bed which has yet to be delivered.

The team were quick, knowledgeable and efficient. In fact just perfect!

I visited on line but was not really sure what I needed. I phoned the store, explained my requirements and was advised in terms that I could understand, what would be best for me.
