Stanley looked after us superbly as we followed his advice and guidance to eventually buy our new Tempur divan bed. He was kind, thoughtful and even gave us a lovely cup of tea. He looked after us very well. Time for him was not a problem.

The assistant listened to what mattress I was looking for and gave me a pillow that was similar to what I use at home so I was able to see which mattress was suitable for me. My mattress was in stock and I was able to take it home straight away.

Stanley, who worked in the store and helped me choose the mattress, was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a very good salesperson without being pushy. The mattresses were coded so it was easy to understand which were firm or medium etc. There were opportunities to try out different types of mattresses, eg. Tempur, to see which I preferred.

Service prompt and efficient. Answered any questions we had.
