having visited several dreams stores before and realising the chances of a good cupa tea would be futile, Well today i was very satisfied to be served a prime cuppa tea after testing your products and being allowed to spend a fair amount of time to get comfy without being rushed or hurried altho the store had many other customers .. The young gentleman who served me studied me well and explained that the way I was laying showed him why i was suffering from neck ache, which educated me into my all too familiar sleeping habits ...
