As always staff (Jeff) v. personable. Arranged v prompt delivery. Even in the midst of premises being overhauled everyone v cheerful. Our experiences at Dreams are always upto expectations - V.GOOD. We have no hesitation in recommending Dreams, in fact we already have - to members of our family and friends.

Very good knowledge of products by the salesman, who was friendly, courteous, attentive and smartly dressed.

From the moment we entered the store we were treated with courtesy and not hassled whilst we browsed and then had a very pleasant experience with Henry who guided us perfectly to our purchase. All of this whilst the store was undergoing refurbishment.

The sales assistant (Shiraz) attended to me after I had only been in the store a few moments and was extremely helpful. He answered any questions I had and also guided me to the product I wanted and eventually purchased. The whole experience was very quick, good value and exactly what you want from a store. When I collected my purchase the member of staff was also very helpful, prompt and even loaded the mattress on to the top of my car! I would recommend Dreams to anyone looking for quality at a competitive price with great service thrown in.
