Henry who assisted us, was very informative and also very friendly. Gave us lots of advice on the mattress and what our choices were. Ensured we were looked after (asking us if we wanted tea/coffee!) and that we had a really great purchasing experience! Henry didn't try to sell us the most expensive but what was most appropriate for our needs in purchasing a bed - we were very satisfied! Well done Henry!

Jeff was extremely attentive and on hand without being pushy. His knowledge of the products in which we were interested was informative and very helpful. We must have been satisfied since we spent over £3k. A good shopping experience and the wife is happy, what more is there to say.

The staff at the store could not have been more accommodating, especially Jeff who sold the bed to us. He was friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. He also went out of his way to help me when I left the store at 5pm on a Sunday to discover I had a flat tyre. He offered to keep the store open for me, provide a drink and even offered to change the tyre. In the end that wasn't necessary but he helped to inflate the tyre and waited until my husband turned up to help me. He (and the other staff) went out of their way to make sure I was looked after, both with the sale and with the flat tyre. It was lovely to get such great service. Thank you!

It was a very efficient service, everyone was quick to help and we were able to complete the purchase quickly as we were in a rush. Everyone was happy and glad to help us.

Very welcoming. Listened to our requirements, made suggestions and asked our opinions of specific products before refining suggestions until we had found the perfect product. Nothing was too much trouble but also not too pushy and over bearing. Allowed time and space for us to consider options and make choice.
