Very friendly welcome by Shiraz. He was a welcome change from the dour salesmen that you can get at furniture stores. He made us feel very welcome and was a refreshing change

as soon as entered the store, I was asked if I needed assistance, which I did. And was shown in hat I wanted, when I had made my choice, I was offered a beverage whilst I completed the purchase, I found the assistant very helpful.

Henry at the High Wycombe branch was fantastic, so friendly and helpful. I had just had a bad experience with Bensons for Beds and cancelled my order with them. Henry helped me choose the right mattress and made the process really easy and stress free. I left the shop feeling much happier than when I first arrived!

The sales assistant greeted us as we entered the store and showed us to the item that we wished to view. There was no pressure from the assistant, only kindness and helpfulness.
