The sales representative, Shiraz, was very good. He respected our request to spend time initially browsing the store, and when we were ready to be specific about our needs he was immediately on hand to offer advice and explanations. He made the whole shopping experience very enjoyable.

We where greeted on entering the store and then left to look around and try the beds. There was always someone around to ask questions and knew their subjects,after looking for a while we where offered a tea or coffee and then left to decide what sort of bed we where looking for . The selection was very good and the experience was excellent with no one following you around but always near if you needed any advice,all the staff where cheerful and helpful and looked as if they enjoyed their work.
