We were extremely impressed with both the showroom and the staff. We were given courteous, friendly and excellent information about the items in which we were interested, as well as advice as to what might be the best way to address a problem with a painful shoulder.

The experience met all my highest expectations

The order was over the phone and we needed the products quite urgent. The gentleman was quick to help find an alternative mattress as the one we wanted was not available in the time we needed it. He was also quick to get back to me by phone. Also the delivery people kept us informed as to when the goods were coming and even rang to say a person with a different surname had signed for it at the delivery address

Henry Oriabure was so very helpful and friendly. He took time with us to go through everything and his knowledge on the products was vast.

The sales person, Stanley, was friendly, patient and had good product knowledge.

we had recently purchased a mattress from another retailer and were not satisfied, the experience at Dreams was totallyt different, we were assisted by the branch manager who took time to get to know our needs and was very knowledgeable about the products. it restored our faith and allowed us to trust that our needs were being considered.

CUSTER SERVICE WAS AT A HIGH STANDARD, HENRY WAS VERY WELCOMING, MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE. SERVICE WAS NOT RUSHED AND HE GAVE US ALL TIME WE NEEDED.
