Friendly and helpful service provided by Stanley. No hard sell - was perfectly happy for us to order one of the cheaper beds, but did suggest trade up (which we took up) to different slat base. A good representative for the company.

Tthe service was excellent and the customer assistant was very friendly listened to our needs but also asked questions.....very professional but down to earth aswell.

Henry was very helppful in the staore and didn't pressurise us. It was important that the delivery date was very soon after purchase as our previous matree was defunct. We were very please that er only had to wait two days. Karl and Martin who delivered the matress were very helpful in changing the time of delivery from early in the mornig to mid afternnon. THey arrived on time and were very polite and helpful, epecially as they had to negotiiate a chairlift.

The colleague was friendly and approachable but not pushy. He gave me as much time as I needed to make my choice. Quick delivery date available, cost of delivery seemed a bit high considering how much I had spent.

THE ASSISTANCE RECEIVED WAS HIGH QUALITY AND VERY FRIENDLY. The sales team understood our requirement and had good knowledge and clear explanation which helped us choose our product in quick time and with confidence. Full marks to the sales person!!

Henry the salesman providing the service to us was most courteous, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable and presented us with the information required to satisfy our concerns. He was a very persuasive salesman giving confidence in us parting with the monies required to secure the sale.
