Store was nice and bright ,everything was easy to see ,There was a large choice and the staff were very helpful and gave some great advice

salesman was very helpful, informative and polite. no hard sales pitch and left us alone to ponder and decide.

Jeff, knew the Dreams products very well and was a great assistant to our requirements when looking for a mattress.

The knowledge and service of the assistant Margaret was very professional and not pressurising

The assistant, that served us, Henry, was attentive at all times, but not pushy. When we arrived at the store, he listened to what we were looking for, explained the layout of the store, and then took us through the various mattresses. He left us to discuss matters in private, but returned when we wanted further help. When we expressed an interest in a cheaper product, he was happy to show it to us, rather than continue to push the more expensive brand. And allowed us to make up our own minds, while he went off to make us a complimentary cup of tea.

Good to find a salesman (Stanley) interested in our needs, knowledgeable and not pushy and gave us space to consider our options, and did not try to sell us the most expensive mattress.

The attention to detail our sales assistance Margaret gave us and her product knowledge was excellent even through she is fairly new. She was very kind and patient and did everything she could to ensure a quick and smooth sale/transaction for us. She was very approachable and welcoming which goes a long way.

We came in with a plan to buy a bed, mattress and maybe some furniture for our bedroom. Shiraz who looked after us took us around the store, showed us all items we were looking for and helped us make the decision. We ended up spending 3,000.00 pounds on the bed and furniture and even bought a better mattress and pillows than we originally planed upon to his recommendation. We are very happy with the value we are getting for our money. Shiraz made our experience very pleasant and enjoyable.

Having bought from Dreams before I knew that the product I was needing would be available - very friendly staff and served with a smile!
