Both Henry and Margaret at Loudwater were extremely helpful. There was nothing that was too much trouble. Henry made choosing the mattresses so easy in the limited time I had. We went into the Loudwater branch twice that day and were greeted both times by different members of staff. Roy looked after me, 1st time with my partner 2nd time with my daughter and he was great both times. Very knowledgable, helpful, efficient without being invasive. All the staff were very friendly and I will recommend the branch to my friends and family. Only downside £40 delivery seemed slightly harsh, maybe incorporate that into the price of the bed or put it on the price tag! Overall very happy with the service.

On my first visit to the store I tried many beds and narrowed my choice to two . On my return with my partner we saw a different salesperson . He gave us all the information that we needed to make our decision . He made us a cuppa and left us to make our choice without any pressure - he also provided us with the relevant pillows that we use at home which was a help.

Our service advisor Jeff narrowed down our search for us. He was very clear and my wife and I were able to narrow our search down to three beds. He wasn't pushy trying to force the most expensive mattress on us, we didn't feel like we were being sold the most expensive bed. Overall an excellent experience.

We were met as we walked into the store by Margaret. My wife and I were sharing a story as we walked in and Margaret didn't force herself on us, but steered the conversation eventually to what we wanted to buy. The buying and trying process was like a conversation with Margaret steering us to different beds as it went on. We ended up buying the one Margaret showed us first and feeling we had chosen it from a range of alternatives that we had asked about. There was never a feeling of being steered or "managed". Margaret was simply a well-informed resource to help us to our final choice. We were pleased to sit down and complete the paperwork, arrange delivery and pay. It was a low stress and enjoyable process, mainly due to Margaret's expertise and personality, but also due to the comfortable and good value for money beds on sale.

The store was well set out and inviting on our arrival and we were happy to browse independently for a little while. As soon as we looked across to find someone to give advice, Henry was available immediately. He answered our questions and provided additional information, while encouraging us to trey out more beds to see what suited us best. He was courteous, helpful and informative.
