Nice friendly and efficient service from Henry. Seemed to have a good product knowledge. Gave us the opportunity to try a good selection of mattresses and pillows and was very good at helping us make our selection.

We visited the Loudwater store on a bank holiday weekend, it was very busy. Stanley took the time to help us with the different options and our preferences, he was very personable and extremely helpful. We would certainly come back for this quality of service.

The store was busy but we didn't have to wait long before Henry came to help. He was able to find us our mattress from listening to what we were saying as we tried them out. Delivery was quick. Have shopped here before andvwill again when the need arises.
