We are at present building our home and I needed to replace all beds and mattresses, Stan was brilliant, I saw him on a number of occasions before making my final choice. He sorted my goods very efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. I will be returning to see Stan when I need to do the remaining bedrooms, thank you Stan👋👋. Lisa Burgess

I viewed my options using the Dreams website the night before and after discussing our order my wife decided that I should give my local Dreams (Knaves Beech) a buzz. With-in a couple of rings my call was answered by Roy a member of your sales team. I was amazed, following a stroke I often find people cannot always understand my slurred speech but Roy knew what I was on about so her had virtually made the sell before I had even visited your wonderful spacious Knaves Beech Store. On entering your store I was met and greeted by a very smartly member of staff who offered me help and advice. I was directed to Roy who showed us the furniture that we were after. I must add that at this point Roy had noticed my walking stick and offered me the option of using the store lift. I did however opt for the stairs but thank you Roy for your observation. Before a definite yes my wife had a look at your other goods but we stuck to our original choice of the Oslo.. Roy explained our purchase choices of buy 2 get 1 free. Quick and easy sale and looking forward to our order arriving. My first visit to Dream but not my last. Roy a credit to your Company.

Henry the sales man had extensive knowledge of the products, ensured we were informed in detail regarding our choices and listened to our needs and requirements. We left feeing we had made a sound, thoughtful decision as we had the expertise of Henry at all times during our visit.

The salesman Roy was very helpful as we were buying a special kind of bed because my husband is having surgery in about four weeks and will need to sleep sitting up at a slight angle, so he was extremely helpful. He also suggested that if we get a letter from out doctor saying we are making the purchase for medical reasons the we will be able to claim back the VAT.

Jeff was very helpful. He asked if I knew what I was looking for, showed me a few options and then gave me some time to have a look around and test some different beds. He checked in to see if I had any questions and gave me some info about the different mattress. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, unlike in some other companies I've visited, but I did feel like I had good customer service and that someone was there if I had any questions.

The Salesman was extremely helpful and guided us in making our decision without pressurising us.

the salesman helped me identify what I did and didn't want. he showed me the different options and made me feel comfortable with trying out the matresses. I found him extremely helpful.

The store was well set out and easy to find exactly what you were looking for. The person that served us was very polite and helpful and very friendly.

I was served by Jeff on my visit who was extremely helpful and very patient. I had to bring my 2 young children and he took the time to engage with my toddler, who's bed we were looking for, which made me comfortable to spend a bit more time looking and ultimately buy something rather then think I'll do it at home later without the children.
