The staff (Henry) was highly professional

All the beds I tried were lovely. Wasn't put under pressure but given information I asked and pros cons of my options. Placed order via Tele sales after phoning for couple more questions and having shopped around, wanted to be sure on final choice.

The staff member was knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting us to select a suitable mattress for our needs, and to suit our budget. Payment was quick and easy, and the delivery will be in a few days, and I am told, will be delivered within a 2 hr time slot. Overall, a quick, painless process!

had a range of bed frames and we were able to easily identify one in a style and price range that we liked. The assistant was very courteous and helpful. The product was in stock.

Friendly staff , good quality of goods and affordable

We are first time buyers and bought our first bed from dreams high Wycombe in June. This was why we returned for our second bed. We were just as pleased with the helpfulness of Henry (he served us again!) and with the finance offer from dreams so we can spread the costs

Our assistant, Henry, took us through every step. He even helped us pick out pillows.

Roy approached us as we entered the store. I explained I was looking for a new mattress and had looked at the Beaumont mattress on line. He took us straight to the mattress and offered us to try it. When we just sat on it he said we should lie on it as the feeling was very different. He explained the benefit of individual sprung pockets and got us to try rolling on the bed. He then showed us two other mattresses so that we could make a comparison to find the right mattress for us. We ultimately went with the slightly more expensive Lambert mattress. The ordering process was very simple and quick and Roy explained what would happen on the day of delivery. Roy was very welcoming and injected some humour into our tranaction

The salesman, Jeff, was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and guided us through our purchase. He was not 'pushy'and did not rush us either. A chore made into a pleasant experience. Thank you.
