On arrival at the store I was greeted by a smart well presented salesman by the name of Roy, he politely asked if he could be of assistance. When told of my requirements he took time to explain all the products via colour coordination. When I finally made my decision he was on hand to take my order. Overall a very good experience

Prompt attention, opportunity to try out various mattresses. Very courteous and friendly sales persons. Full attention to our requirements. Time to consider, no feeling of being rushed, very efficient and finally, a most welcome cup of coffee. A satisfying experience all round.
