Store assistance was very knowledgeable about the products we were shopping for. He gave good advice and was friendly. The price was cheaper than other stores including online.

We had s very helpful assistant on both our visits and were impressed with their knowledge and opinion and the different options available in the beds/mattresses etc. We were offered refreshments and although we declined, the offer was open if we changed our mind. Although we only came to buy a bed/mattress we also bought some pillows and the range and type of mattress was very impressive. I also like the 30 days trial of mattress if you do not get on with it, that it can be exchanged. The atmosphere was very relaxed and we had plenty of time to look at and try out the beds without too much intrusion. Very happy with service all round.

The staff at dream's wereally incredibly friendly and we were given the best choices for what we were looking for we managed to find the perfect item with the perfect price.

Stanley was polite, knowledgeable and really friendly. He understood that this was a big big purchase for us, and gave us the space when my patner and I needed to talk, but was on hand when we needed advcie. He also makes a fabulous cup of tea!

On entering the store we were approached by Henry who was extremely attentive to our needs. He spent time with my son, for whom we were buying the bed, ensuring that the correct bed was being purchased. Henry also made us aware of insurances and special offers on bedding which we felt were reasonable. We were pleased to be able to purchase on 0% finance. Always a bonus when you have a family to fund! Thank you - look forward to receiving the bed.

I WAS GIVEN FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL SERVICE BY HENRY. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY ENSURING I BOUGHT THE CORRECT PRODUCT TO SUIT ME. I WAS OFFERED COFFEE AND ALL THE DETAILS OF THE PAPERWORK WERE CLEARLY EXPLAINED AND A DELIVERY DATE WAS ORGANISED TO SUIT ME. IT MADE A PLEASANT CHANGE TO BE TREATED SO WELL AND NOT PRESSURED INTO BUYING. OVERALL SHOPPING AT DREAMS AT LOUDWATER WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPIERIENCE AND I WOULD DEFINITLEY RETURN AND RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

Stanley welcomed us to Dreams on arrival. He gave us space so we could browse then we asked for his assistance. We were looking for a firm mattress and we thought we knew the mattress we needed but it was not firm enough. He took us straight away to a firm mattress and also put on Tempur pillows for us to test the bed. We were really impressed with his knowledge of products. We were there taken to the desk to arrange for the payment and he made us a very nice tea and coffee. He was very professional and informative and definitely knows Dreams products.

Always use Dreams to buy beds and have done for the last 20 years. Very helpful service from sales assistant who explained different types of mattresses. Allowed us time to go and look round different bedsteads and explained offers etc. very courteous and ordering process dealt with very quickly and efficiently.
